Join us in a spiritually meaningful gathering at Masjid Alkaff Kampung Melayu this January 2026 for a Khatam Al-Qur’an & Tahlil Akbar, held in support of the Masjid Alkaff Kampung Melayu Upgrading Project (MUP).

Through this initiative, donors can contribute to the mosque’s development while performing sadaqah jariyah on behalf of their loved ones, living or deceased. Every package allows the inclusion of up to seven (7) names, who will be remembered in the Khatam Al-Qur’an, Tahlil Akbar, and, for selected packages, Kubur Cleaning.

The programme will be led by appointed asatizah, uniting the community in doa, remembrance, and charity. Whether attending in person or supporting from afar, each contribution helps sustain the mosque’s growth and keeps the memory of our loved ones alive through acts of worship.

In Support of the Masjid Alkaff Kampung Melayu Upgrading Project (MUP)

This spiritually rewarding programme supports the Masjid Alkaff Kampung Melayu Upgrading Project (MUP) by inviting donors to contribute through Khatam Al-Qur’an, Tahlil Akbar, and Kubur Cleaning. All contributions will be channelled towards the MUP as sadaqah jariyah.

1. Donation & Registration
   Each package allows the submission of up to seven names, either living or deceased. The fixed donation is $500 per package regardless of the number of names submitted. Payments must be made through official mosque channels only. All contributions are non-refundable and will be treated as sadaqah jariyah.

2. Name Submission
   Names can be for the living or deceased, and donors are encouraged to include Almarhum or Almarhumah where applicable. All names must be submitted at least one month before the scheduled Khatam or Tahlil date.

3. Khatam Al-Qur’an Process
   A niat (intention) will be made on behalf of all submitted names. Donors are invited to attend the event and join the collective doa and spiritual gathering. The detailed programme and timings will be shared closer to the date.

4. Tahlil Akbar (For Silver and Gold Packages)
   Names will be included in a Tahlil Akbar at the mosque, conducted together with the final Juz of the Khatam Al-Qur’an in a congregational setting. This will be led by appointed asatizah and conducted publicly for the benefit of all names listed.

5. Kubur Cleaning (For Platinum Package)
   The mosque will arrange grave cleaning, scheduled based on cemetery availability. Donors will be informed of the cleaning date in advance, and photo documentation will be provided upon completion. This service is limited to registered burial grounds in Singapore.

6. Donor Recognition & Receipt
   Donors will receive an official mosque receipt upon confirmation of payment. Names may be acknowledged in mosque records or digital banners unless anonymity is requested. Physical certificates will be issued within one month after completion of the Khatam Al-Qur’an, Tahlil Akbar, and/or Kubur Cleaning.

7. Data Use & Consent
   Donor information will be kept confidential and used solely for the administration of this initiative. By submitting the form, donors agree to these terms and consent to participate in the Khatam Al-Qur’an, Tahlil Akbar, and/or Kubur Cleaning accordingly.
