At Masjid Alkaff Kampung Melayu, we understand the importance of honoring and maintaining the final resting places of our loved ones. Our Kubur Cleaning Service is carried out with care and respect by the dedicated youth of our mosque, Al Muhafizoon. This service not only ensures that the graves of your Arwahs are kept clean and well-maintained but also contributes to the Masjid Alkaff Kampung Melayu Mosque Upgrading Project (MUP).

Service Details

1. Clearing the Area
   Removal of fallen leaves, trash, and debris from around the grave site.

2. Weed and Grass Removal
   Eliminating weeds or overgrown grass near the gravestone.

3. Gravestone Cleaning
   Brushing off loose dirt, leaves, and moss from the gravestone.

4. Handling Stubborn Growth
   Removing moss, lichen, and algae for a cleaner appearance.

5. Plant Trimming
   Pruning bushes or plants encroaching on the gravestone or pathways.

6. Plant Care
   Trimming and maintaining planted flowers or greenery around the grave.

Your loved one's name will also be included in our weekly Tahlil prayers on Thursdays, as a way of continuing to honor their memory.

All proceeds from this service will be channeled towards the Alkaff Kampung Melayu Mosque Upgrading Project (MUP), helping us create better facilities for the community while fostering the spirit of giving.

Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Service

• Cleaning tasks will be performed as described in the service details.
  
  

2. Service Registration

• Each registration is valid for one plot only.

• For multiple plots, separate registrations must be made.
  
  

3. Service Schedule

• Bookings are subject to slot availability.
  
  

4. Service Fee

• The fee for this service is $100 per plot.

• Payment must be made in full during registration.
  
  

5. Proceeds

• 100% of the service fee will go towards the Alkaff Kampung Melayu Mosque Upgrading Project (MUP).
  
  

6. Safety and Limitations

• Our volunteers will handle the cleaning with utmost care, but we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the gravestone or surrounding areas.
  
  

7. Rescheduling or Cancellation

• In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the service.

• No refunds will be issued; however, an alternative date can be arranged.
  
  

8. Acknowledgment

• By registering for this service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
