1. Donation Purpose
   All donations collected at MAKM @ Expo and via our online platform are exclusively allocated to Masjid Alkaff Kampung Melayu's Mosque Upgrading Project (MUP). Funds will be used towards expanding, enhancing facilities, and improving accessibility to better serve our community.
2. Donation Types
   Donations are accepted in multiple forms at our booth (cash, PayNow and card) and online (PayNow). All contributions are final, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Acknowledgment and Receipt
   Donors will receive an acknowledgment of their contribution. For online donations, a digital receipt will be sent to the email provided at the time of donation. Donations made at the booth will receive a physical receipt upon request.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
   Donor information, including contact and payment details, will be treated as confidential and used solely for transaction purposes. We are committed to complying with data protection regulations and will not share your information with third parties.
5. Non-Refundable Donations
   All donations are non-refundable. Contributions are treated as gifts to the Mosque Upgrading Project and are not eligible for exchange or cancellation once completed.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   MAKM reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
